I'm informed by a variety of theories and techniques to meet individuals’ needs, regularly participating in trainings, certificate programs and conferences to enhance my tool-kit and knowledge base. Some of these models are internal family systems (IFS) theory, attachment-focused EMDR (AF-EMDR), polyvagal theory, relational theory, psychoanalytic theories, Gottman Level 1 training, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), role theory, and somatic therapies.
